     On Fridays during Lent, the Knights of Columbus will start their Lenten fish frys to benefit the Sisters from Saint Scholastica. Canned food will also be collected at this time to donate to those in need through the Ministerial Alliance. Please come and support the Sisters and enjoy fellowship with the community.

     Stations of the Cross and Benediction will be Sundays at 7p.m. during Lent.

     MotherŐs Society Dues collected through the end of Feb.  Dues are $10 and can be left in the basket in church or paid to any officer. All ladies of the parish are welcome and encouraged to join.

     Workshop for Wedding Coordinators will be held Saturday, Feb 27th from 9:30 am – 1:00 pm in Morris Chapel, St. John Center, 500 N. Tyler, Little Rock. This workshop is for anyone assisting within the parish with wedding details for engaged couples, before and during the wedding. This will be a time for learning techniques to help engaged couples with their wedding in your parish. Cost $15 includes lunch and materials. Contact 501-664-0340 x353 or kmcnespey@dolr.org.

     Adult Education March 7- On Sunday, March 7, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm, Sisters Hillary Decker and Rachel Dietz from Saint Scholastica will present a workshop on the Sacraments at the Sacred Heart Hall.  Refreshments will be served.  When Sister Hillary and Sister Rachel came last time, everyone greatly enjoyed their presentation.  Please plan to use this opportunity as a Lenten devotion.  All are invited.

     The 2010 Mother and Daughter Chastity program will be held Sunday, March 7 from 2-5:00 p.m. in Fitzgerald Hall at St. John Center. This is for mothers and their daughters who are 10-12 years old. It provides an opportunity for mothers and daughters to explore GodŐs gift of human fertility.      Holy Land Pilgrimage: In celebration of Arkansas CatholicŐs 100th anniversary, you are invited to join Bishop Anthony B. Taylor on a 10-day Lenten pilgrimage to the Holy Land March 17-26, 2011.
